One Bedroom, or Two? It’s All Yours at Forest Pointe

Garden style living is available to you at Forest Pointe Apartments, where one and two-bedroom models are move-in ready. Decide how much space you need and what you want to do with it.

Our apartments are fully renovated, complete with updated lighting, counters, and in-unit washers and dryers.

Our community is close to hospitals, schools, shopping, and entertainment. We’re in Hope Mills, a suburb of Fayetteville that keeps you close to all the action.

Enjoy your dishwasher, stainless appliances, and easy eat-in kitchen. There’s plenty of space, a generous open floor plan, and even a back patio for your much-needed fresh air and outdoor time.

One Bedroom Apartment Homes

Spacious one-bedroom, one-bathroom models are available, and include between 815 and 850 square feet of living space. You’ll enjoy a kitchen that’s well-equipped with the latest appliances, counters, and cupboards, and you’ll have plenty of light at your disposal, whether you’re cooking a meal or gathering for coffee with friends.

One-bedroom models include one full bathroom, which has a tub and shower combo.

Two Bedroom Apartment Homes

If you need an extra bedroom or you’re working remotely and could use an office space, there’s good news at Forest Pointe, where we can provide two-bedroom models available with 815 to 850 square feet of living space.

These homes come with a full bathroom as well as a half-bathroom, which is excellent for guests. You’ll also enjoy some private outdoor space on your patio.

Two parking spaces are provided for each apartment home, and those parking spots are close to your front door. There’s also plenty of visitor parking for when you have guests.
