Here, we offer options. With flexible lease packages we want to work with the modern, always evolving lifestyles of our clients. 

 No more fussy leases offering 1 year only with zero flexibility. Elevate at Tryon provides specialty terms including: 6 month, 12 month and even month to month leases. Lease prices vary based on the size of apartment and length of lease chosen. Inside no two units are the same. No sterile concrete jungle here! 

Units vary by size and location in the building but also have individualized features where the ownership chose to preserve iconic architecture while adding modern conveniences. Upgrades include but are not limited to: White, quartz countertops, new appliances, upgraded bathrooms, original hardwood floors, 12ft ceilings, preserved moldings, updated lighting and more!

Efficiencies and studio units are all nicely renovated but each have differences which also affect the base rent. Some efficiencies provide slightly smaller floorplans while studios offer full kitchens or kitchenettes. We also have studios with reading nooks, premium lighting, corner units and more. Higher levels facing the city are considered premium units with premium views!

Amenity Services

All apartments at Elevate at Tryon offer amenity packages designed to make your lifestyle more enjoyable and comfortable to promote overall relaxation and well being. Amenities services include:

-Valet laundry- We pick up your laundry and bring it back to you. Limited to one bag per week. Additional bags vary in price.

-Valet trash- We pick up your trash each night and dispose of it for you. No more dragging trash to the dumpster.

-Secured Entry- All entryways of the building are secure and locked. You may only access with a key to the building. 24 Hour security system is also closely monitoring the building.

-Parking passes- Based on availability and spaces are limited

-Technology package- Pay your rent online, submit maintenance requests online, speak with a property manager with 24-hour, real time responses.
-Package Lockers- (Coming Soon) This service is not yet offered but will be shortly. Deliveries for your packages will be kept safe and sound with a high-end package locker system designed to protect your purchases.
